Great hotel, great staff and really had fun. I just wanted to say 'THANK YOU' once again for your honesty and I will definitely be back. Not many people would have done this and turned them in but she did.

To my surprise, I found out that Erin in housekeeping had found them and turned them in.

After being in my room for about 10mins my phone rang and it was the front desk that my tickets were traced back to me and that someone turned them in. I went back to my room depressed but knew it was my fault and that someone was going to have a great start to their day. As I arrived to the redemption machine.no tickets :( I franticly retraced my step.nothing. I had gambled the night before and had 3 tickets in my pocket to cash out in the morning on my way to get coffee. My trip wold have been cut very short if it was not for the honesty of Graton's housekeeping staff. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars was that if you were to pay regular prices on the weekdays or weekends, you'll probably feel that you overpaid.ĭecided to take a staycation and vacation close to home this 4th of July. Bathroom was decent sized, and they had a bathtub with jets. Better than MGM but not as nice as the Venetian, Palazzo, and the Wynn. The hotel room was comparable to a decent level Las Vegas room on the strip. My 9 year old spend countless hours in that pool. There were cabanas, plenty of lawn chairs, and a nice hot tub. It was large, had shallow parts for younger kids, and deeper parts for swimming. So from a convenience standpoint, it's as good as it gets. The elevator from the rooms even drops you off right by the pool, spa, and fitness room. The rooms are a pretty close walk to the casino and restaurants. I would never pay that much to stay at this hotel though. Normally on weekends, full price they charge upwards of $500/night. I've been to the casino many times, but it's the first time I've stayed in the rooms. It was an offer through their rewards program, and I'm not even an elite status member. We ended up getting 2 complimentary nights free in early July.
